Europe Ar-Lindo invests 16 million: Garden Residences next to Pópulo beach.

The Europa Ar-Lindo Group presented yesterday in the late afternoon in Ponta Delgada, in The Lince Great Hotel, its latest bid in São Miguel.

A project expected to cost 16 million euros, and that in two years time will, according to its most direct leaders predictions, finalized just off the beach of Pópulo. Altogether there are 67 apartments (covering all types of typology between T1 and T4), all confined to a total space of 18 thousand square meters, and includes, in gated multiple areas (main automatic garage access gates, basalt façade stapled with polyurethane thermal insulation designed, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym), as well as spaces where sensations roam free, where the multiplicity of environments, embrace functionality and design.

We may thus say that in the Garden Residences, all architectural details were designed in order to make your home a space naturally functional and comfortable. The lacquered in white woodwork will enhance the life of objects in a range of spaces paved in wood, where the apartments of all types, adapt to the experiences of everyone, and placed in natural surroundings of refinement and comfort, project leaders ensured.

At this project's presentation ceremony was the general manager of Europa Ar-Lindo, Domingos Correia, as well as a wide range of their commercial and financial directors, in addition to the actual architect responsible for the project, Carvalho Araújo and ERA Real Estate Azores - responsible exclusively for the marketing of this project - through its managing partner, Paul Rego, as well as several other employees of this company who would not pass up this great occasion. In addition to these elements, many guests were also present, including elements of the Azores Regional Government, local authorities and banking institutions.

Europa Ar-Lindo Group was the only involved party in this project, whom, in São Miguel has already developed the construction of other projects, mainly in Ponta Delgada and whose sales now lies in 90 percent. The AcFimo Real Estate SA, the promoter company in the same group, and also based in Braga, is responsible for the divulgation of the new product. Due to the great openness the the Azorean market has shown, it has already been created inthe last two years, Europa Ar-Lindo Azores, which Paul Rego considers that been able to demonstrate that it's an investment that has an example of success in our region. It is a type of construction that guarantees a lot of quality to their owners, and as such, the level of obtained satisfaction has lead us believe in our Region and made a difference in what we're used in the regional market.

Aiming to promote the commercialization of Garden Residences, the project's launch was based in 3D 3D models and images preview representation, a ceremony where we explained all the details that will make up the space where the project will grow.
